This Is How Online Workouts for Back-Pain Work
Your first step in the process is to schedule your Introductory Hauber Method™ Session with me.
A 30-minute introductory session is only €49. After you complete your intake form (linked in the confirmation email you receive), you'll get immediate access to a free sample from my Hauber's Heal Your Back Handbook. I recommend everyone read that free sample. It's got important information for you that will make our first session together even more effective. |
While you're doing that, I'll be reviewing your intake form to get familiar with your history with back pain and learn more about what you have already tried to help you relieve your pain.
Then, we'll meet by video chat on zoom or WhatsApp for a full 30 minutes, totally dedicated to solving your pain.
I'll ask you detailed questions about your pain, what makes it better, what makes it worse, what activities you would like to be able to take part in, how you'd like to feel, and how serious you are about undertaking your own personalized workouts for back-pain relief at home.
If it seems like you're ready, willing, and able to engage in the exercises and stretches I have compiled for healing back pain, we'll agree to a plan.
The plan may include single sessions (60 minutes for €90) as frequently as you need, and access to your own personal library of online exercise videos, available 24/7 (access is free for 14 days after a session with me, and available for longer periods for a small fee).
Both appointments and video access will help you heal!

Individual Online Sessions for Back-pain Relief
This is how they online healing plans work:
- Our first point of contact is always an introductory session. You can schedule yours here.
- If we decide to work together, our next point of contact will be a full 60-minute session.
- You'll want to schedule your sessions with me during a time when you can be alone, in peace and quiet, with no pets and no kids interrupting our work together.
- You'll preferably clear space on your floor before our scheduled session so you can lie down, if need be. (Note that this is not always necessary, as you will also be doing exercises and stretches on your own between our sessions.)
- I'll take at least 1/3 of our first full session listening to you and understanding your experience of pain. Then I'll explain which exercises you need to do, based on your description of your pain and based on several assessment moves I will have had you complete during our intro session together.
- I'll then ask you to try the moves I recommend during our call. You'll evaluate your level of pain while doing the moves, tell me if new pain arises or when it dissipates, and get familiar with the proper form for each move. I'll keep a close eye on your posture and form as you do the moves I recommend (this is why video access is crucial!) and offer modifications, as needed.
- We'll set up a plan for your at-home workouts, which you will complete on your own 3 to 5 times each week between our sessions together.
- I'll compile a collection of videos that show you the exact exercises and stretches I recommend for you, based on your unique physical pain and your physical capabilities. (For example, clients who carry extra weight might need more seated and standing exercises and stretches during their workouts, because lying on the floor may be difficult. I select the moves in your personalized workouts based exactly on your needs and abilities.)
- You'll get members-only access to your personalized back-pain workout videos on my website for 14 days after each of our sessions, and you can purchase ongoing access to those videos for a small fee if you don't need any further sessions with me. You'll also have access to the complete online version of Hauber's Heal Your Back Handbook, which contains a ton of helpful information that makes your healing even easier.
- We'll continue meeting online as many sessions as you need to feel competent with your healing program. I will review and correct your form, determine when something isn't working for you, and answer questions you have along the way. Some clients continue scheduling sessions because they need the accountability of meeting with me a few more times in order to develop their own exercise habit.
- Once your pain is consistently kept at bay, and once you have learned to employ the exercises any time pain strikes out of the blue, you'll have the option to purchase ongoing access to your personalized online video workouts, with or without scheduling regular video sessions with me. Just imagine: Your own personalized series of exercises and stretches that consistently work to relieve your pain! Available anywhere you have internet access!
- You can schedule tune-up sessions with me any time you like. Or simply take the knowledge you gleaned from our work together and move through life empowered to stop your pain any time it returns.
